Very clean, very new, great staff.

The staff was extremely helpful and upon arrival helped us with early check-in. The bar was well sorted and both dinner and breakfast was amazing. The room itself was very clean with a very comfortable bed and with all the amenities (including an iron).

The reception desk and the supervisor were incompetant. I was charged for my room and for someone elses room. before i disputed this I called VOCO in Aruba to have them correct the matter. They insisted there was no mistake and sent me an invoice that was not even the correct amount. I had to go through the hassle of disputing the charge with my CC company and if you have ever done that you know it is stressful. The supervisor was not going to look into the matter any further she just insisted she was correct. The man ahead of me as we checked out was complaining to her also that his breakfast was included and she insisted he was srong...noe I wonder. HOWEVER....the facility was very nice and the bartender gets a 10 as he was great. Just be careful and check your credit card charges as this was not a good ending to our vacation.

Breakfast was hot and delicious! The bar had tasty specials on deck!

Great stay, brand new inside, excellent staff, and the food was great but small portions. Excellent hotel all the same.

Clean room. Friendly helpful staff

I was plesantly surprised the place doesn't look like much from the outside. But when you get inside to the pool area and the way everything is set up, it is tranquil. I'm beautiful if you're looking for a lot of action. This is not the place for you, but if you're looking for a beautiful, clean tranquil place with nice service. And good people, this is the place bed's are amazingly comfortable slept like a baby. Some of the room's are small. I had a womb with a king-sized bed. Which was spacious everything was great

The property itself is not on the beach. It’s across the street. The staff should be taught better on how to direct you. What seating on the beach accommodates the hotel. So here I’m gonna save you a whole lot of confusion. It’s Across The Street slightly to the right reflections beach club. Now let’s get to the seating area at the beach. Depending on cruise ships being around, they usually tell you all the seats are reserved. Hint hint give me a tip and I’ll find a seat for you. The beach itself it’s not very clean. People use it as a giant ashtray. Cruise ship people usually leave all the garbage behind. Now let’s get back to the rooms at voco! I checked in on a Friday!!!! huge mistake!!! the locals are all hanging out at the bar across the street, revving their cars and motorcycles for the majority of the night! This happened Friday, Saturday up until Sunday very late at night impossible to sleep. Another thing that was very unnerving to me although hotel is immaculately clean my room smell like there was a deceptive tank in it. I suggest you do not get rooms on the outskirts of the hotel. Better off on The inside by pool area! The smell in the room was horrendous!!! I didn’t bother to say anything because I knew it fall on deaf ears! The rest of staff was friendly pretty much. The one that was the best in instructing you and talking to you very charismatic was the little waitress Yuru she was an absolute doll, a great waitress, and just a beautiful person!!!

Overly priced. A small bellashi which is a local beer should not be priced at 8 for a bottle.

Resort is still under construction and none of the showers drain. The water just overflowed into the bathroom. Even after switching rooms. Staff is very nice but the place needs work.
