This building used to be weekly apartments for Japanese business people but is now a quasi-hotel. Because of that, although the building seems to have been built in the 2010s, the condition is not great (very worn). Although there is a kitchen, there are few utensils for cooking (no knives or spatulas or cooking ladles). The cafe table on the veranda had literally fallen to pieces and was unusable. Hiwever, the airconditioning was good and the bathroom was nice. The location is great, but I'm not sure I could recommend it.

Their bath towels were paper thin and small. Like dollar store quality. And I checked in with 3 people but got only 2 towels :( besides that, staying there was the great deal!

Super convenient for getting to Haneda airport early in the morning. An uphill climb from Shinagawa Station to Pangoo, but the decline with suitcases in the reverse direction is great!

The check in was a breeze with QR code provided before we arrived. The staff were very responsive and positive when we reported that there were few lights that were off. The staff came to check and change the bulbs came within 10 minutes and he was very polite too. Although he could not help much with the strong lingering smell of curry around the kitchen, he just suggested to turn on the stove's hob. I would say the cleaning team could've done a better job in vaccuming the sofa and the floor. I had to do another round of vaccuming as there was so much debris I saw on floors and sofa. Kitchen was clean but the smell of curry was just too strong. I noticed lots of little splat on the hob that I just had to wipe them off to try to get rid of the smell as much as possible. Toilet and shower room had the same entry door. But the size of the toilet and shower room is considered spacious. Beds and pillows are nice. TV was basic, not a smart TV, so we only saw local shows. We appreciate the working washing machine and dryer and they also provided the detergent (not sure if it was part of the unit or the previous one left it behind). Building seems to be a bit old, the lift was quite small for 4 people and 2 luggages. Around 7 minutes from Shinagawa Station cutting through the complex of Prince Hotel/Maxell Aqua Park where there are 7i (7Eleven) and foodcourt.

Great location and clean property. The property is a bit older than the photos. Lots of attractions and amenities within walking distance. The check in and check out process is very easy. It is a steep uphill walk from Shinagawa station so it is a bit challenging with a lot of luggage but it’s doable.

Convenient location, spacious rooms, easy check-in procedure, accessible to train stations. One minus point was the code based lock. One of the 3 rooms I booked the lock wasn't working. Not having a local phone made it difficult to track down support.

Very close to Shinagawa train station and lots of places to eat and shopping at the nearby hotel. There is also limousine bus pick up spot to Narita Airport at the Prince Hotel nearby. Very convenient.

Shinagawa station is one of biggest stations in Tokyo, it’s so easy to get from almost everywhere like Shibuya, Yokohama, Narita and Haneda airports. It was a little bit hard to walk uphill from shinagawa station, otherwise it’s great area to stay. There are 2 bedrooms and kitchen and a bathroom, it was great size for a big family. Everything like beds and air conditioners is super comfortable. Definitely I will stay again next time!

10 minute walk from Shinagawa station, no free car park, but can park at Prince Hotel with payment. 2 double bed and 1 sofa, able to accommodate a family of 5. Value for money if don’t mind the walk.

This was one of the best places I have stayed in Japan. All you have to do is put in your check in number when you enter the door and its done. No contact with any staff and no hang ups. Very simple. Great room with lots of space, a balcony, and a kitchen. If you really wanted to and you all like each other enough to sleep close to each other, you could probably fit 2 a bed and one on the couch. So 5 people a room if you really needed to. Close to Shinagawa Station and Maxell Aqua Park. If you stay here, definitely go to Maxell Aqua Park. The restaurants around are good too. My only complaint has nothing to do with the hotel itself but the location. Theres a pretty steep climb up to the hotel that can be hard to do with a lot of luggae.
