Terrible, Breakfast tried once, never again The staff were rude when asked for an omelette during breakfast. I am sorry, one of the worst experiences. There is no water in the room to drink.

Simple solution, not fancy but functional and good price value

Staff response to requests for assistance and information had to be pulled from them. Not helpful in general. I am not sure if it was poor training or they did not care. I requested an extra night at the hotel from the from the front desk and the response was "go on line and book". The ladies we not doing anything so it was not as though they had no time. It took a bit of pressure to have them just look to see if a room was available.

A young lady was at the desk and we had each day some questions and need for help. I am not sure if she didnot care or poor training but she did as little as possible to help us

I arrived after a long teip and a very cold day. When i wanted to turn on the heater it didnt work saying its central control. So i had to put on a pullover because i was very cold. The hotels use the excuse of eco-friendly , energy conservation but i woke up coughing and thats ridiculous cilous. Its just being cheap and greedy on their part.

Great for what I needed

Stayed for 1 night to catch an early morning flight. Hotel looks nice, clean and is probably the nicest Ibis I have stayed in. Also very affordable and right next to the airport. We also got free parking.

The girl who checked me in was so friendly and professional in her manner towards me and helped me with all my questions. Will certainly be back next time in Dusseldorf.

As with other Ibis, cleverly designed.

Good price point. The restaurant was in the hotel nearby. There was no shuttle, but the cabs were readily available for 15 euros. There was a 24 hour coffee and water station.
