Everything was great. From service to room to comfort.

Not too far from the airport, nice clean rooms, staff not very welcoming and left me waiting 15 minutes to check in will not stay again

Novotel’s location is convenient to airport and train station. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast food and drinks. Just didnt like that cant change language in the TV😃

This was not the vibe. When I was in the shower, a man came into my room and tidied up and made the bed…I know it was a man bc he left his cleaning supplies in the room and came back for them. This is wild. As a woman travelling alone this made he feel so unsafe to know someone was in my room while I was vulnerable in the shower (also this was around 9am). Will definitely be investing in one of those safety door jams.

Beautiful comfortable rooms, clean, spaces rooms, good dining and friendly staff.

Booking was made as flight was cancelled, from booking online to check in was very quick and swift, staff were busy but handled everybody well and with a smile. Hotel itself was very clean, comfortable and had everything i needed

My stay was good. My treatment with Hotels.com was dreadful

Hotel was booked last minute, ease of access an location suited our needs and was at an affordable rate. Service Staff nice, check in staff could have been alot friendlier no smiles at all. Room was comfortable and clean. Food was very tasty and as much as you would think for an airport hotel. Overall hotel did the hob we needed it to for 3 nights so no real complaints.

I had 9 rooms booked and called the hotel to let them know the group was arriving after midnight. When the group arrived they were told they had no rooms. The group leader paid for more rooms, reception finally worked out how a simple check in system works, found the rooms after all and no we wait for our refund. Checking in shouldn’t be that tough when we pre warned on our late arrival. Not what the team needed at 2:30am
