The location is perfect in the middle of CBD, surrounded by free tram zone transport and near Southern Cross Station, so if you arrived using sky bus access from the airport, it is walking distance to the hotel. I stayed for 6 days, and every day they clean the room, the staff were friendly and helpful, very recommended if you are looking to stay in the CBD area.

Nice room, relatively spacious Room cleaning is extremely poor I stayed here for 5 nights, I asked for the room to be cleaned every day but they didn't want to do it until the 3rd day I went to the reception for the 3rd time to complain about the room cleaning issue, they replied that they would clean it once every 3 days and would do it every day when I strongly requested. The 1st day was super dirty, the trash was not taken out. The 2nd day they hung a cleaning tab in front of the room but they ignored it. The room had no cleaning tools such as toothbrushes or slippers. They said they would provide them for free if requested but I had to say it the 3rd time before they did. :( If you stay here for 1 night, it's ok but if you stay for many nights, you should reconsider, especially for those who like cleanliness, this is not a good choice!

500m from skybus to airport, 100 meter from tram & Melbourne Aquarium, bed so comfortable, breakfast not to my liking, but overall worth it.

The reception staff is very good. There are also Thai staffs who can communicate easily. The room is very beautiful, I slept well. The bathroom is very good, the water pressure is strong, the soap and shampoo smell very good. The location is good, near Southern Cross Station, and it is convenient to use the Sky Bus.
