We tried to contact Hipotels with questians during our visit via email and via Hotels app but no answer from them. The Hotel was good, but it would be better if there is a way to get into contact with them. Now there was only a phone number to call.

Very nice hotel in a great location can’t complain about anything. The room was lovely and kept clean and tidy

Staff were always super helpful and pleasant. Room was nice just some of the lights didnt work and the air con wasnt worth having.

Great place for family including kids activities throughout the day . Very well managed

Excellent experience. Guests with children should be put in buildings together. Otherwise no major complaints.

Dejligt hotel - i fin gåafstand til lille by og supermarkeder. Vi boede på afdelingen “Mimosa” og her var roligt på alle tider af døgnet. Poolen var god. Trods mange gæster (højsæson) var der ikke trængt og overfyldt. Altid en solseng ledig. Vi havde all inclusive; morgenmaden var super lækker og varieret. Vi blev hurtigt trætte af frokost og aftensmaden. Der var okay variation, men ingen rød tråd. Savnede noget lækkert spansk mad. Gode værelser med balkon. Rengøringen var fin. Personalet var søde.

Hôtel au top! Très propre, petit appartement spacieux très agréable avec balcon. Ménage fait tous les jours sauf le mercredi.On n’était pas en vue mer et c’était tout de même très sympa. Nous étions en demi pension et la qualité des repas était très bien et variée. Nous étions en vacances début mai donc pas trop de monde dans l’hôtel, toujours des transats donc agréable. Piscine pas très chaude mais on a réussi à se baigner. Personnel très agréable, spectacle le soir de qualité avec des groupes de musiques ou même des acrobates. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est bien également. Une longue promenade (avec piste cyclable) le long de la mer permet de rejoindre de nombreuses boutiques et restaurants. Nous sommes venus avec nos 2 enfants et l’aire de jeux sur place vue mer est très appréciable !

Had a lovely 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor facing the pool area with a big terrace.brilliant for children.great animation team.good on site supermarket.

Have to say ,I was very disappointed with the room ,was supposed to be a one bed apartment,instead it was a studio with a large sliding door made of plastic .the view was of a derelict site next door.

Nice hotel with 2 adjacent buildings, adult and child’s pools at both sites with plentiful beds and table spaces. Staff all extremely friendly and helpful. 5 min walk from Cala Bona marina.

Nice hotel and location. Few minutes walking distance to the Harbour, shopping and bars/restaurants. Unfortunatley no beach or bathing possibility outside the hotel due to cliffs. Nice beach in Cala Millor.

Food was great but the rooms are smelly and in a very poor condition.

Wir waren für 7 Tage in diesem Hotel. Leider gab es einige Punkte, die uns enttäuscht haben: • Bei der Buchung stand, dass ein Pool vorhanden ist. Vor Ort mussten wir jedoch feststellen, dass es gar keinen Pool gibt – das finde ich ein großes Problem. • Der Code für den Zimmereingang hat am Anfang nicht funktioniert. Zum Glück war der Kundenservice sofort erreichbar und konnte das Problem direkt lösen. • Die Zimmerreinigung war nicht wie beschrieben. Es hieß, dass täglich (außer sonntags) gereinigt wird. In 7 Tagen wurde unser Zimmer jedoch nur zweimal gereinigt. Ein drittes Mal haben wir selbst darum gebeten, die Reinigung auszulassen. Das ist insgesamt deutlich weniger als angegeben. Insgesamt gibt es hier noch einiges an Verbesserungsbedarf.
