The only restaurant that has good food was the Chinese restaurant and the waiter Gerardo is amazing he is the best, also Francisco the butler he’s really helpful and has great customer service. The pool attendant Marco doesn’t like to help the non-member guests. He is rude and only pay attention to the members so he can receive tips from them, he didn’t let me get any chair and didn’t want to open the umbrella he even gave popsicles to the other guest and even bother to ask the non-member guests. The waiter that works on the pool area are the one who help the guest with the chairs and umbrella because he doesn’t do it, and this happened where the non-member area are allowed to get a chair by the way. For people like him I will never comeback to this hotel and I will never recommend this hotel to anybody. Also this is supposed to be all inclusive and is not, you need to pay extra if you want a decent meal, and you need to sign a bill and give tips every time you ask for even water is ridiculous.

One of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at! Beautiful hotel, super friendly staff, amazing rooms with hammocks on each balcony. Great view, beach and pool areas. Highly recommend if you want a holiday to switch off

Garza Blanca is a wonderful “new-feel” resort, in a quieter area outside the busier Cancun hotel zone. The friendly staff was very helpful and addressed a small problem in our room promptly. Our room was spotless! There is a great variety of food options on the property and the white sandy beach and outdoor pool areas are super. My husband particularly appreciated the gym facility.

The property and service are excellent. The only drawback is the lack of consistency in quality of food and drinks from day to day.

During terrible Arctic Jet Stream 4 day nightmare, Garza Blanca staff and other guests made it fun. Great resort, food & company. I will be back.

Clean room and hotel with lots of very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately very lengthy check in and check out service with mis sold tour of property that we assumed was to plan our holiday and was actually a sales pitch. Lots of mistakes on check out invoice. Luggage was not brought down to lobby despite several requests and then late for transport to airport. Pool was cold.

The property is very beautiful, and the food is great, but honestly, the customer service was not good. I would also suggest that the steakhouse hostess and the man who was always there have a better attitude with customers. I didn’t like that everyone kept asking for tips, as I didn’t notice that in other hotels. We originally planned to stay three days but ended up staying only two and decided to change hotels. Overall, we stayed in four different hotels, and the customer service at the others was amazing. I loved Hyatt Ziva — 10/10, highly recommended. We will definitely return. You get exactly what you pay for.

The property was beautiful. The pools were very nice and the beach was well maintained. I loved the water exercise class. Our room was GORGEOUS! It well exceeded what I was expecting. VERY spacious and luxurious. It was nice to have a washer and dryer as well. The only thing I disliked was the lack of evening activities. Not a lot to do for families with teen/college kids.

The property deserves five stars. There’s plenty of eating options and they are very good ones at that. The pool environment is excellent. The Concierge’s white glove service I received as a VIP was incredible and Garza is on top of its game. Highly recommended.
