Very clean room. Great stay but the fire alarm went on during the night...

We enjoyed our overnight stay. The property had everything we needed. Very close to the train station and may restaurants just over the bridge. Secure underground parking.

Modern simple room, no tea or coffee in the room. There was a hair next to the sink and a tiny bit of dirt in the shower but overall it was clean and fine. Housekeeping knocked the door twice, waking us up the first time, so use the do not disturb sign if you want a lay in. I realised upon arrival it would have been cheaper to book directly.

Everything was good until the last day when the A/C stopped working. They did not let guests know. When I asked if it was a problem with my room, they said the whole building isnt working. Very poor customer service. I would have asked for a refund and went to a different hotel. It is 27 degrees and very humid. Unacceptable.

The staff are wonder, they do all they can to make you comfortable. The hotel is in a great position for travel. Good parking. Vending machine broke down and there were no other facilities to have a tea or coffee. Plus the tea only came with sugar

Nice and clean, staff were helpful and cheerful. Very handy for the station and the centre of Thionville. Room was quite small but perfectly adequate for the four days we were there.

Modern facilities well thought out and organised. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Two minutes from the station and easy walk into town.

Clean, comfortable and convenient from the motorway. Parking in the station opposite was free. Continental breakfast was fresh and plentiful.

Vi bestilte gjennom Hotels 4 pers rom, vi spurte om det var HC venneleg(det var ikkje toalatt og dusj for HC). Etter å snakka med resepsjonen fikk vi bestilt eit rom til(HC rom), som vi betalte i tillegg til 4 persons rommet. Fra hotellet var det fint å gå over brua og rett inn i sentrum med butikker og cafe. Vi kom kjørande med HC bil med HC kort og fekk bruke hotellet sin parkeringsplass mot betaling. Hotellet hadde god aircondition på romma, wifi måtte en logge seg inn på fleire gonger.

Une chambre très propre et un lit d'un confort exceptionnel (ma meilleure nuit depuis longtemps). La possibilité de laisser mon vélo de voyage en toute tranquillité dans le parking, c'est un plus. Par contre, j'ai trouvé le petit déjeuner moyen et l'organisation (emplacement des plateaux, couverts, tasses...) mérite mieux. Mais j'étais d'abord venu pour dormir.
