Best hotel in Bangkok so far. It’s near public transportation, easy to access attractions and center area. The staff are very friendly and supportive. I accidentally booked 2 different types of rooms, but they have supported us so much to handle this issue. I really appreciate it and it really made my day.

The rooms are reasonably sized and well-equipped. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, right next to Victory Hub, so you don't have to worry about finding food. It's also close to the train station, making transportation easy. However, the toilet isn't very airtight, the refrigerator isn't cold, and the TV doesn't have internet access.

I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again next time I return to Bangkok.

The hotel facilities are quite good, but the bathroom is quite transparent. There are lots of mosquitoes near the sofa. The location is strategic, especially if traveling by bus.

The accommodation is very convenient to travel to. You can walk from the skytrain connection through the mall to enter the hotel. Moreover, from the accommodation, you can travel anywhere conveniently because it is in the city center near public transportation.

Irrational charge for blanket. Booked on traveloka and request for 2 rooms with one double bed and 1 room with twin beds and got only 1 big bed each room. When requested for blanket charge extta 1000 bath? It’s like 1 night at another same hotel. Service is bad in general, dont feel welcome at all

The hotel is located very close and convenient to BTS Victory Monument, quick to catch grab coffee, near 2 delicious boat noodle shops, next to Victory center, plenty of places to stop by to buy coffee, near 7-eleven

Overall, the hotel location is very strategic (i.e. near airport bus stop, BTS, food place, etc). The hotel staffs are well-trained and welcoming. The downside were only the WiFi which were very unstable during my stay there.

I like the layout of the room, the complete amenities and the view from the room.

The room is a bit small, the location is near BTS so it's convenient to travel. Right below is the famous boat noodle shop.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the accommodation and location. The transportation is convenient, the room is clean, and the staff can give good advice. However, I have not used the hotel's dining service yet. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay in the city center of Bangkok.

Except for the TV in the room automatically turning on at 5am, everything is fine 😢. I'm in room 317 🥲. I don't know if anyone else has the same problem as me. I checked, the TV doesn't have an auto-on setting.

A little disappointed with the room view (got a corner room that wasn't pretty) but the cleanliness of the facilities was excellent, so I forgave it. 😋

The stay at Vix Bangkok Hotel was truly wonderful and memorable. The room was clean, fully equipped and had large windows overlooking the city, creating a very comfortable feeling. The receptionist was friendly, helped me check in quickly and also suggested many nearby attractions. Although I did not use breakfast at the hotel, the surrounding area had many delicious and easy-to-find restaurants. What I like most is the hotel's very convenient location, just a few minutes walk from BTS Victory Monument station, making it easy to get to shopping centers such as Siam Paragon or Chatuchak market. With such reasonable price and service, I am completely satisfied and will definitely come back if I have the opportunity to visit Bangkok again.

Location near the center and train, convenient for traveling. Surrounding are markets, malls and convenience stores. Friendly staff, enthusiastic support. Will come back here if I have the chance.
