Incredible value and great location. We had a lovely room and the common areas are fabulous. The staff were kind and sent great directions which enabled us to park directly next to the hotel door. We only paid about 11 euros from late afternoon to 10 to park so definitely worth doing to make it so easy. Can highly recommend .

The hotel is well situated in the old town. The main train stain is 10 min walk maximum. The reception staff were friendly and helpful . Breakfast was great in a nice homely environment. The hotel is recommended and was good value for money if a little tricky to find.

Great location. Exceptionally friendly staff, allowed us to store our baggage both before and after checkout! Overall a fair price for a fair package.

the energy was very nice and i felt like home. This for me is the most important value, and when i have that, then it’s perfect.

Le petit déjeuner parfait : la salle, les produits et la dame de l’accueil. Parking très pratique avec un accès direct. Pas de gel douche dans la salle de bain.

Staff was awesome, breakfast was good, lobby was cute and location was great. However, listing pictures did not match accommodations provided. Hallways smelled of old cigarettes and bleach. Hotel had a worn, run-down feel. Lobby, hallways and breakfast bar were always cold, and the room heating struggled. Spent most of the time bundled up in a place where we were paying to get out of the cold.

Great Location

The Hotel is located in a great central place, 10 mins walking from Train Station, centrally located for shops and Xmas markets. However, there was no room service as such - only change towels upon request. no bed make up, no coffee/tea top up from the first day (was there3 days) - no change of cups for drinks the next day.

Don’t judge a book by its cover! This looks average from the outside, but inside it’s a hidden gem. It was decorated so beautifully for Christmas. The room was nice and we had a lovely view of the city. The breakfast room was also a hidden surprise! We would definitely stay here again.

Staff were very friendly!

Although the location of the hotel can't be beat, and it is SUPER cute, staff friendly and helpful, they booked us into a room with no heat in December! When we called down to the desk and said the room was cold and we couldn't get the heat to work, they informed us that this room the heat wasn't working and there was a space heater in the room. Well there was not space heater but they promptly brought us one. The room is SUPER small. But because of there extremely good location and great access to parking that leads you right into the hotel, I would stay here again.

Should not be listed as VIP access property. Front desk told us they were specifically told to not honor it. Our TV did not work, so we had to move rooms. They told us they knew it didn’t work. Why would they put us in a broken room? View was much better in 2nd room, so they could have at least given us that room to begin with. Great location, though.
