Communication: By phone is excellent. Staff answered right away and tried to address my concerns as best as they could. Communication through the Expedia platform got lost in the nether, I have yet to receive a reply. Accommodations: It was about what I expected. Everything clean and in working order as far as appliances, showers, beds, HVAC. Amenities: The family pool was the main thing we used. It was also well used by everyone else in the complex. Not so great: The internet was unusable. I work in IT and was trying to work remotely from our unit. Without having access to their network, I can only guess at likely causes of the poor experience. Based on their subnet that I connected to the max connections is only 254 devices. A typical family would have at least 10 devices to connect, this doesn't count the TVs already connected. 30+ condos, you can do the math. Second issue would be bandwidth and speed, which I could not reliably test because everything was "loading" and bogged down by the devices that could eventually connect. TLDR: Great value, comfortable, friendly. If you need internet for work or leisure, you will need to hotspot yourself or go someplace else.

Great place!

The villas were clean, quiet and affordable. My kids loved the pool and playground. Had all the ammenities from pool towels to gas bbq available. Definitely will be staying there again

This place was pretty nice. Cute, comfortable & clean for the most part. My only main complaint is the couch pull out mattress was sooo bad, it definitely needs to be replaced.

we were there for 5 days. the property is well kept. the condos are outdated, but they are pretty clean and the beds are nice. there are two pools. one is for adults only so that is a bonus if you are not traveling with children. the bedrooms have no windows and that was not ideal if there was a fire, there is only one way out, which is through the front door. The condos are partially built on top of one another, so the bedroom was noisy at night. If you like to golf it is convenient for that.

The staff was excellent, and made sure our stay was perfect.

The adult pool was greT

My first time there and we were amazed. The apartment is big and have everything we needed. All well kept and clean, begs and pillows perfect. After trying several hotels definitely I found our vacation place. No noise nobody bothering you. The pools were clean and perfectly clean with the right temperature. We used the barbecue grill( there are everywhere) and it worked perfectly. We won’t stay anywhere else in the future. Thanks so much for such a nice stay.

Good vibes....golf course in my backyard. There waa a tennis court as well. Great place for a family.

This was a perfect place to stay to me, my partner and friend for the Ironman 70.3 weekend. The place was comfortable, tidy and had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was super easy to check-in and park and everyone we interacted with was lovely.

Wonderful place to stay! We were so happy with our stay here. Clean, comfortable and spacious. The area was quiet and walkable and we enjoyed the pool and fitness room. We will definitely come back

Unit we stayed in was very nicely furnished and bed was very comfortable. Excellent pools and jacuzzis for either couples or families in 2 different places.

Very nice condo in a very quiet neighborhood next to a golf course. The condo was a little older but furnished nicely and had comfortable beds. The condo itself was clean and the grounds around were well taken care of. Both pool areas were very nice.

Functional room and amenities were nice.

Only complaint was the hill we had to climb up every time we left the condo.

Property was great, pool was great, and even though it was only on monday, the waffles were great! Only small downside was the slow internet running the TV, but we have a great time! Will stay here again!

It is an older place, but very clean! Our family had a great time and will be visiting there again.
