Excellent customer service.

This was simply fantastic. If you choose to dine in on a weekend, reserve it because local restaurants in walking distance closed. During work week, this place is buzzing.

The location of the hotel is great. It’s a 2 minute walking to tram 5 which brings you to the city center. The rooms are comfortable in size and very clean. We traveled with our 9 month old baby and they offered a cot (pack n play type). Thank you and we would definitely stay again!

L'hôtel est plutôt agréable et fonctionnel et les chambres sont très bien. Il est très accessible car en bout de ligne de métro sation ZUID. Sauf que la salle de bain est dans la chambre, donc aucune intimité. De plus, le ménage n'était pas fait, il a fallu réclamer des serviettes propres. Enfin, le gros point noir c'est le petit déjeuner: il n'y a pas assez de tables et c'est la bousculade. Et deux machines à café au fonctionnement incompréhensible... on fait la queue 20 minutes pour avoir un café. Je n'y retournerai pas.

Very clean and comfortable with access to a lovely sky bar and restaurant. Two minute walk from Amsterdam Zuid station, easy access to city and 1 stop from Schipol Airport. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

The interaction with the front desk was inconsistent in knowledge and about half of them had a snooty attitude.

Loved everything about it! Staff are friendly and polite. Room was clean, soft bed and pillows. Celebrated birthday so hotel left sweet treats for us very nice touch. Very convenient to/from airport and into the centre. Will definitely be staying here again when we next visit.

It is close to Business District and convenient for any business travellers.

Great hotel in fantastic location for where my meetings were. Also very close to train station. Room had enough plug sockets but would really benefit from some USB sockets too.

Great hotel. Clean and neat staff is helpful. Easy check in and out. The hotel is located near the metro which is convenient.

While my stay at the hotel had its highlights, a couple of issues stood out that need addressing. First, the desk setup is impractical for international travelers. The plug space doesn’t accommodate a plug plus an adapter, which is a common need for anyone coming from abroad. It’s a small yet frustrating oversight. Second, the lift controls are unnecessarily complicated. Instead of the overly modern or unconventional design, simply installing standard, intuitive controls would make life much easier for guests. Overall, these details detract from what could otherwise be a much smoother and more comfortable experience. I hope the management considers these simple fixes for the future.

Lovely hotel in the heart of everything. The rooftop restaurant/bar is amazing. Would stay there again.
