Its always a Breeze to Check-in after I book online at the Site. Within moments it reflects on their system. Rooms are always super Clean, well done and Neat. Clean hotel on the quiet side of Blvd Atlixcayotl, easy access to plenty of dining options. Walls are thin and you can hear everything happening in the room next door and the aisle. There were a bunch of teenagers staying at the hotel and they kept running up and down the aisle Leta at night, that was really annoying. Didn’t have breakfast at the property, it looked basic for what they charge. We opted to have breakfast at Nisso, just 5 minute walk around Plaza Palmas. Stayed here twice before and will probably stay here again.

Pésima experiencia, además de que las camas son súper incómodas y duras, el personal de limpieza me robó 200 dólares en efectivo tomados directamente de mi billetera y no quisieron hacerse responsables y ni siquiera se tomaron la molestia de investigar lo que pasó. No recomiendo hospedarse ahí, son unos ladrones.

Showers were super slippery. Towels were hard. One of the elevators werent working. But the hotel was nice and clean.

Servicios, bajamos todas las maletas del estacionamiento solo luego no había nadie en la salida y tuvimos que esperar al guardia pero teníamos prisa. Al llegar no había nada más que una persona en el lobby lo cual complicó el check in ya que estaba atendiendo a una persona que requería facturas. Más personal no les caería mal.

We had no issues besides the pool being kinda hot and the gym did not have any AC so that was a bit uncomfortable. But overall had a great experience and enjoyed our 3 weeks there.

Good location near shopping centers, excellent service. The only thing the room lacks is cleanliness, as we found a bottle cap on the carpet near the window. The hotel has nice views, but our room, not so nice, overlooks a school.

Everything was very good and the service from the hotel staff was excellent, recommended.

The room was extremely noisy due to loud music playing from the next door at midnight, making it difficult to sleep. Initially, the staff was not very helpful; when I called the front desk, they seemed indifferent to my concerns. Frustrated, I had to go downstairs to the lobby to seek assistance directly, where I finally received a response regarding the situation.

Love how friendly and great service!
