I’m was able to check into the room early and all the amenities were superb! The room and view looked amazing.

The staff was top notch! Always checking on you and remembering your name by the 2nd day. Concierge was perfectly capable when it came to excursions or renting a golf cart. If we are in this part of Belize again, we will definitely be staying here.

Everything was fine until checkout. Despite having informed us multiple times that breakfast was included in our stay (at check-in, and throughout), they proceeded to charge us at check-out knowing we would have little time to contest it before our flight. Finally they agreed to check CCTV / voice recording history but eventually never contacted us again. We reached out again via their website but again radio silence. Watch out for this trap

Stayed at the reefhouse 2 Bedroom suite. It was great. All the amenties. Full kitchen, 2 bathrooms. No complaints juss wish I couldve stayed longer. Like the idea of golf carts for transportation. Make sure you got your license to drive. Will definitely return

We loved staying at the Alaia resort. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the air conditioning worked well and the property was well taken care of. We will definitely be coming back!

From the time we were picked up at the airport until the time they dropped us back off, everyone at the Alaia was top notch. Our room was amazing, the pools were really clean and not crowded, the food was good and service was really great. Honestly, I have nothing below great to say about any aspect of the resort. If you are scheduled excursions, make it easy and use the resort as there is minimal savings to search it somewhere else. Take advantage of the morning coffee and walk to a breakfast stand for a fry jack breakfast, you will not be disappointed.

The room was beautiful and clean. We were on the 4rh floor and had 3 balconies all with beautiful views. We dis thw all inxlusice so really didn't cook in the kitchen, but it was fully equipped had we wanted ro. The food at all their restaurants waa amazing and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. We would dedinitely go back
