Cute hotel and felt clean. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Loved the water bottle station in the lobby and available games to play. It was remarkably quiet in the room considering how busy the hotel appeared to be - probably one of the quietest hotels I've stayed at in a very long time. Only downside was an extremely cold inside pool.

The staff were all nice. The ladies working the breakfast area were wonderful and kept everything neat and well-stocked. This hotel seems very focused on urging guests to use the common areas, which is fine for some, but I prefer more privacy. With that said, a microwave and coffee maker in the room would’ve been preferred to having to go down to the lobby areas for those. We were on the 5th floor and never had to wait for an elevator, so that was nice. We used the indoor pool and it was nice. Slightly chilly, especially compared to the very warm room, but usable. Overall, we had a nice stay, but this might not be the best chain for our travel needs. It might be perfect for yours, though.

The room had no hot water in the bathroom and when reported to the front desk they were dismissive. I also spoke to other travelers in the hotel who had the same comment no hot water and the front desk was dismissive to them as well.

We arrived with our dog. Very spacious clean room. Reception was great

The staff was kind, informative and helped whenever we had a question. Thank you. Because of them, our sad circumstances was made easier. My family stayed here because my mother passed away. So thank you very much for the kindness shown over those rough few days

Room was dirty, floors sticky, hair from previous guests, stain on the bedding. Canceling our stay here for our trip back, rather find anything else. Staff (Jessica) was very friendly

They didn’t abide by the Expedia check out time. I was rushed out of my room. My daughter had forgotten some items due to being rushed. When I called back an hour or so, so we can come back to come get them. I was told that they didn’t find anything in the room. Thank you for not giving the time to find our items. And as for house keeping they just immediately throw everything away. That stuffed toy my daughter forgot was sentimental. I will never stay at any TRU hotel ever again. Plus the breakfast sucks. Don’t even bother.

Nice facility, clean. Normal breakfast for a hotel, pancakes, eggs and various breads. Biggest issue is the noise. Highway traffic is very loud. Need ear plugs!

Unfortunately as soon as we got into our room, we saw a cockroach in the shower. Luckily we had not unpacked much. I understand that you take that chance staying in a hotel, but it is just unnerving thinking one might hitch a ride home with you. Staff was nice about it and moved us to a different room, which was fine.

This was our first time staying at Tru by Hilton. The room was a bit small, but it had everything we needed and the sheets were so soft which led to a great night's sleep!

Never stayed at TRU Hotel before. Very impressed with amenities, staff kindness and cleanliness. Would definitely choose TRU Hotel again.
