Great staff. Was warmly welcomed. Room was very comfortable. Only issue was a lack of the hotel to respond to my request for an airport ride. I had sent a couple of messages but no responses. In the end, I had to plan my own transport from the airport. Other than that, i highly recommend this hotel.

The location was questionable. You have to take a taxi, or car to get to any other dining options.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality. The hotel’s location was also a major highlight, providing easy access to the airport. Exceptional staff, every team member I encountered was professional, courteous, and eager to assist, ensuring that my every need was met with efficiency and a genuine smile.

The Hotel was nice however breakfast was cold and when i told the staff they said come earlier, i was at breakfast at 6:30 and the first person. when i checked out i was asked "how was your stay" i said nice except the cold breakfast , the reply OK. i understand these things happen however very dissapointed with the reaction

Stayed here before starting our safari tour and it was perfect. Quiet, safe area with a view of the golf course. Convenient to the airport.

I was about to miss breakfast and had in fact given up but the ladies gave me silverware to take my breakfast with me as I had over slept. This was the highlight of my stay. We will definitely be coming back.

Stayed 1 night after Gorilla trekking BwindiForest. It was very comfortable rooms, friendly staff and great food from the moment you walk in. I would definitely recommend it as a luxury hotel.

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Very friendly and helpful. My room required some maintenance on the electrical system as some lights and socket were not working well. Bathroom could use a deep clean. Lovely bed and balcony. Shower was of great pressure as well. Would definitely stay again.
