A quiet clean hotel in the centre of the City. Loved it!

Good location, good service

The hotel had “technical issues” and the restaurant/bar didn’t function for our 3 day trip. We couldn’t even get a coffee after breakfast even if the machines were available and we offered to pay for it. They should have been more flexible if there had issues with the restaurant. One of the receptionist , Lelle kept recommending the Strudel House restaurant to us and other customers but this restaurant was the worse of all the ones we ate in Budapest. The food was mediocre as well as the service. There are lots of other choices to choose and get a good meal. The other receptionist was very helpful and patient.

This is a nice modern hotel very convenient to many historic sites by foot, as well as to the Danube River. It is also a short walk to a metro stop. The room was very clean, and the breakfast buffet, which was included, was extensive.

Good location and good night sleep

No fridge in rooms? No safe, no manual dead bolts, horrible TV selections. Should provide both CNN and Fox News....less so on CNN which has biased reporting with negative views on the USA. Need more and better selections on the hot and cold buffets. Came on one morning and most food was wiped out, no plates or silverware and no staff in site. Management staff very lackadaisical and inattentive. The night I checked in front desk clerk was slow and seemingly incompetent

Breakfast was chaotic, unlogical service lines. Quality in general was poor to average. The room was extremely hot. Airco was not working properly in rooms. Hallway was cool. Due to airco we had to open the window and curtains to cool down the room. However the street was very noisy. Pillows were dramatic. Overvall state of the room was good.

Check-in took forever. On a first night was fire alarm that made us to evacuate. Likely it was false alarm! Pillows are VeRY small. When you put your head, it’s almost flat. Breakfast was ok. By 9:45am lots of food was gone. Bread was good and other food tasty ( if you are not too late)

Lovely, clean, modern hotel in a great, central location. Perfect for a city break

We paid for a superior room which was quite basic - with little room furniture and no drink making facilities

Would’ve given it a higher rating but the two girls at the reception were so inconsiderate and mean. After traveling overnight and not having enough sleep, one should be able to check in an our or so earlier than their check-in hours. One girl told me that they have lots of room available but will need to charge me for checking in at 1:30 pm. Seriously!

Great location

We always stay at this hotel since 2022, however this time the experience was not great and we will not be staying there again. The staff does not know what is included and not in the fees, the room was alright, but shower had hairs on floor and the toilet was dirty. The nice part is that hotel provides bowl for food and drink for the pet and also treats and food. In general, the experience this time was 50/50

Honestly this hotel and its staff, especially Lelle, were fantastic! Lovely rooms, lovely breakfast and lovely atmosphere. My only small gripe would be there was only one pillow per person, I asked for more but was told the hotel had ran out of pillows???

Hotel very clean, staffs speak good English. Good location in the heart is of the city.

I loved everything about this property except the temp control in the room. It did get a little warm at night. Outside of that, this location was amazing! Great location, exactly what I was looking for with the room (small, but not too small, very clean). The shower had amazing water pressure and the location was very walkable for all the sights we wanted to see! I will definitely stay again!

Good for short stay

We really liked the room, would have been nice to have a couple of chairs to sit in. The bed was comfy but the pillows were very skimpy. Breakfast was amazing and staff were pleasant . Of the 4 times we interacted with the front desk staff one was good, a young gentleman, the other 3 times not great, my husband says maybe it’s a language barrier but a smile goes a long way.
