The guard is very friendly. Clean. Comfortable. It's really good.

The location is in an alley, I want to check in at night so I have to wait for the brothers holding the gate lock, there is no shampoo/soap, the sink comes out small & the water is salty, no trash cans.

Staying in room 103, the AC is not cold, so sleeping is hot as if you don't use AC. The TV can't even be watched because there's no signal.

This hotel is very very very disappointing, I highly do not recommend. The management is super t*l*l & stupid, no respect for staying guests! I ordered and paid for the room for 2 people, when I got to the room I wanted to take a shower there was no soap, there was only 1 sleeping pillow, even only one towel! Don't even drink water which is like a small glass! Really, really bad, I was in the room for only half an hour, immediately pulled out and moved to another place, let my money go to waste, count doing charity & just throw it away. God forbid, I'm super tired and don't order the Susilo mansion hotel anymore! A very disappointing b*ngs*t hotel and very disrespectful to its guests! If the management doesn't clean up & introspect with my disappointment, it means that the hotel management is super stupid & super stupid!

Before ordering, it's better to confirm with the hotel first.
