The hotel receptionist, Serenity, was so nice and helped me with my check in and even answered my questions about the area.

Shower was very slow to drain, safe didn’t work, phone in the room didn’t work, room was not cleaned until the third day and the beds looked like they were never done.

I would of love the stay, but wasnt allowed to experience a room that was already paid. This hotel canceled my room because of some bizarre check-in rules, and late check-in wasn’t even an option. Ended up stranded without a place to stay for the night and had a restless morning. Absolutely ridiculous.
