The front desk was able to provide an accessible room upon request. Located a transfer chair for the bath tub. Everything was good about our stay.

I really liked the hotel for the availability of parking, excellent continental breakfast and the amazing staff. The hotel is easily access from the Trans Canada Highway, and has a comfortable meeting area along with solid amenities like pool, hot tub and gym. The only thing I would recommend to improve customer comfort is better use of the 1 bedroom suite. The room lacked decent lighting in the living area. A floor lamp would go a long way so that the bright overhead lights in the kitchen could be turned off. The closet lacked a rack that could hold longer pieces of clothing (like a suit coat or a dress). The room was a bit bare on additional seating and wall coverings, making it quite stark looking. Finally, the pull out mattress was not the most comfortable. These small changes would turn the three stars into five.

The hotel was great. Very clean and staff were friendly. The breakfast variety wasn’t amazing but we did eat and the staff were really helpful in the breakfast area.

I There was breakfast at the hotel! Unfortunately no restaurant services in the hotel nor within walking distance! Had to drive to have lunch or dinner!

We paid $500/night. We found 2 different types of bugs in our room. We weren’t offered a room refresh on the second day we were there, so had no coffee or dry towels. Housekeeping did come on the 3rd day and only offered fresh towels. Our garbage wasn’t emptied our entire stay. I reported all of this to the front desk and they responded by saying this is their new policy.

This hotel really surprised me, I didn’t know Salmon Arm has a hotel like this. I thought the lobby was spacious but when we got to our rooms, it has a lot of space and it very clean. The hallways are clean as well and there is a view of the bay, we saw it from outside, so I guess if you got the right room, you will have a view of the bay from your hotel room. The staff are helpful and the breakfast is also good, it was complete breakfast with egg, sausage, waffles, bread, yogurts and fruits. It’s also a short drive to cafes and places to eat, and it was right next to Trans Canada Hwy so we were able to resume our road trip easily. This is a great hotel to stop by during road trip, but a few nights exploring Salmon Arm is also a great option. We will bevack on our next road trip.

Room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was lacking and we had to deal with one of the two elevators not working.

Hotel is nice and clean, pool and water slide are great. Unfortunately, hated the pillows and the bed wasn't as comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

Everything was great except the view. I saved money using Expedia, but the room I got had a window that didn’t open and the view was of the main A/C cinder-block compound and giant A/C unit. I would suggest avoiding Room 201. This a hotel in the mountains near a beautiful lake. Views in every direction. Except 201.

Nice staff!

Location was good. Plenty of free parking. Checking staff were pleasant. One of the elevators absolutely scares you to death with a major bang, clang and quick stop at your floor. Room was adequate. Only 1 chair and no table to use. Just a desk. The pillows were horrendous. Looked nice on the bed until you rest your head on them and then they flattened to a pancake. Bed was very firm. Breakfast was totally unappealing. For the price paid for the room you would expect a little more than lukewarm scrambled eggs, super salty hash browns and grey sausages. They do have a waffle machine but didn’t use it as there was always a line up. Cold cereal, a slim selection of bread and an English muffin rounded out the breakfast. Sorry, forgot they had yogurts and bananas. The coffee was good though. All in all for a Fairfield Marriott it was very disappointing. Had better breakfasts at Best Western.

Nice newly remodeled building. Lots of space everywhere including the rooms, bathroom, hallways, common areas. Comfy beds, good shower. A bit of hallway noise (doors slamming shut) but acceptable. Seemed to be ample parking. Friendly service, lots to eat at the complimentary breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Inside was great, but the side of the building is literally falling off, talk about nerve racking - no danger signage nothing. When we said something to the front desk we were met with attitude and acknowledgment.

Loved this hotel. I will definitely stay here again. Thanks to the staff members at reception. They were lovely and amazing to me and my family.

Always friendly staff, good options at breakfast in the morning and the coffee is even pretty decent! Will definitely be staying here again when I visit the area.

Nice new property , large rooms , everything is great although the breakfast area was not as clean as it could be but the food was good

Staff were all really great! Anytime we asked for anything, the staff would go out of their way to accommodate. Also, our room was impeccably clean!
