Perfect in every aspect

Lots of problems in the room, from the shower to the ac not working properly. Staff is very unresponsive and ruined our trip.

Definitely won’t be back. No ac, no proper showers working and host is terrible at responding or addressing it. Save urself the stress

Terrible service. Hotel is run by a third party company called Charlie. They are horrible. Been here many times and always some kind of issue with the unit and no ones can ever solve it. Definitely do not recommend

We have stayed here many times and every time we have some kind of issue. Ac rarely works, showers are always with some kind of issue. This was definitely the last time we stayed. And Charlie, the company who runs the place is just terrible. Customer service is all done online and they are very unhelpful

The location is convenient, but the heavy traffic creates significant noise. Scheduling cleaning a day in advance was inconvenient, and the fixtures were of poor quality. The bathroom layout felt awkward and there was a slight sewer odor.

It was very nice

Overall a handy lil hotel, I would add a small microwave or toaster oven to the rooms for guests with longer stays (longer than 2 nights). Well appointed, just outside the city, but withing walking distance to many things!

I think the customer service in this hotel are rude.

Extremely well located, easy access to any point of city, either for tourism or for business which was my case. Affordable and worthies every cent of what you pay to stay.

the four nights you stayed, you couldn't sleep because of the noise in the hotel. unfortunately it is likely that I will not return anymore. but I hope that in the near future they will resolve the situation so as not to have inconvenience with other guests.

Great, budget-friendly hotel in a good part of the city. The place it pretty well kept and very clean. The room was, overall, comfortable. The shower was hot with great pressure. The only real dings in terms of comfort were that the street below is noisy and the bed only had one pillow per person. Staff were friendly and tried their best to help in English. Cafe connected to the hotel has really great coffee and breakfast, too.

Very easy to do check in and communicate via WhatsApp for assistance. They should include on email that supporting documents should have been provided to speed up check in. Overall a very good experience and would recommend and stay there again. Lots of restaurants in the area, good amenities and cleanliness. 😊

The traffic noise was so loud and no other rooms were available that it made sleeping difficult
