The chrome plating on the shower head was peeling off, scratching my face and body while showering. I complained to the operator three times, but the phone was only answered. When engineering came to check and confirmed with housekeeping, they refused to come check on our room, instead saying, "Why, I don't want to."

Staff or reception was horrible. Their priority is expats, and locals are not important to them, even though we pay the same price. I had to wait to check in for another hour (15:00) instead of 14:00 due to a few foreigners checking in with the ladies reception staff. I did complain, but there was no response.
