It was a little farther than I thought, but it was still walkable from the station. Clean and good service.

Easy to access Hakata by walking 10 minutes.

Nice room! Very clean and a good size. You had to go and get tableware (glasses, plates, cutlery etc.) and an iron from reception as they were not already in the room, but all were available. Overall a very nice stay!

One of my best stays, though staff speaks little English but they did try their best to assist. Very clean & recommended for family

Clean, spacious living area and very accessible and walkable to Hakata station. There is a noodle shop just beside the hotel.

We had a lovely stay at Amistad. Best shower in Japan. Walking distance to Canal City shopping centre and Hakata train station. Grocery and restaurants in 2 mins walk from hotel. Great alley-way location. Lovely staff too - and the shampoo / conditioner samples were a lovely touch. Thank you Amistad.

Great family room for 4 to 6 persons

It is a small hotel but relatively new and well maintained. Room is spacious and clean, just as the pictures on the website. Communication is done via a 'talking translator' - inspite of this challenge - the Front desk staff are helpful and pleasant. We had an enjoyable 2-week stay. If there is room for improvement, may we suggest 2 items. One, that the hotel provides a luggage rack in the room. Two, servicing of the guest room (done every 4 days) should include changing of the bedsheets.

New and spacious. Property is closer to Canal City (5 mins walk) than to Hakata Station (10 minutes walk).

Great stay at this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again. I appreciated being able to select some hair products to try. The staff person on our check-out was particularly personable and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay!

這間酒店是沒有洗衣機的！！！ 要自己出去找洗衣機店舖 地點有點偏僻比較不太好找 腳力不太好的人士不建議選擇這間酒店 整體房間算乾淨
