Central for Chester and easy to walk to anywhere in the City centre. Lots of quirky features which made the hotel fun - pinball machine, games, bright seating, pool table etc. Great value for money and will definitely return.

Amazing quirky stylish modern funky hotel family friendly and relaxed

Cheerful, efficient staff, pleasant room.

Room was immaculately clean not very practical with very little space to hang clothes, no drawers or shelves for underwear and very little surface area to place make up etc. bathroom was tiny but shower was great. No hooks to place towels for easy reach from the shower. Staff were excellent. Not sure if I’d stay again

Great hotel set up. Only issue was random loud music from somewhere preventing me from resting. Rooms could do with sound proofing!!

Great location, good service, comfortable rooms.

Rooms were so quiet that we couldn’t hear people roaming the corridors as you normally get in hotels. The whole hotel was clean and tidy and only a ten minute walk into the centre of Chester plus just ten minute walk from the train station. When we return to Chester we will certainly look at coming back to this hotel

Staff were welcoming and the hotel was spotless. The location was great for the city centre.

Our room was cramped and smelled stale - like feet. It was cold too. When I went to reception they said they’d turned off the heating - it took a few hours to warm up beyond 17.5 C. Parking was a pain too. Never any spaces at the hotel and the train station car park was also very busy.

Nice hotel in a good location though works are going on in the car park outside and the gym was closed. Would recommend though and would stay again especially when the works are complete

Staff really friendly and helpful, let us check in 3 hours early with no charge! Recieved a free welcome cocktail and an additional free drink for my birthday! Lovely modern hotel, nice rooms, very good powerful shower would definitely stay here again. Only negative is that you can’t change the aircon temperature in the room. It was set at 26 so had to have the window open for our entire stay

Room was grate and comfortable Being on the 1st floor over the gym the noise was not good load music and bangs apart from the that all good.
