The TV remote was missing. The bathroom sliding door was broken. I couldn't shower because the hot water wasn't running or wasn't available, I forgot to ask. The transit stay was only 8 hours.

The AC is leaking and noisy, making it uncomfortable to rest and even harder to sleep, the room smells of cigarette smoke... please provide a special room for non-smoking customers. I hope this doesn't happen again the next time I stay. Please improve the facilities.

Unfortunately it wasn't a nice stay for me, the location wasn't as accessible as the road in front of it is one way road and you have to turn around for quite a lengthy distance to get somewhere, it lacks hygiene to the point where I bought wet tissue to clean the floor as it was kind of sticky, so many mosquitos even though I was staying on the third floor, plus points were the ac and wifi were working properly, other than that I hope they'll improve in the future.
