When we first checked in at night, the front desk person wasn’t the friendliest. But other than that our stay was PERFECT!! Loved the room and breakfast!

Very nice experience. Staff was very friendly and professional. Room was roomy and clean and full refrigerator,microwave, dishwasher. I would stay here again.

Great location

The usual Hilton experience - threadbare towels, front desk staff hiding in a corner playing with their phone at checkout, and WiFi not working. Had to leave by 7:00am on a Sunday and no breakfast available.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and stayed at Home2Suites. Our family really likes the suites. Your hotel was clean and staff was nice. Breakfast was okay. My youngest daughter was so happy the pool was available. 😊 Our team did not make it to play Sunday but no refund was given for the last night booked. It would have been nice to get a refund of some sort. Overall our stay was great!

I'm a frequent stayer at the Home2Suites on Polaris and have typically had some great stays there. This one, however, had a few hiccups that I feel could've been fixed by the staff. The biggest thing was that, throughout my four days there, my TV didn't work. All of the channels said they were offline. When I called the front desk on Thursday night (my first night there), I was told it had to do with the storm in the area. However, the TV was out well before the storm started or was even near the region. I was told to call an 800 number to get assistance. This number was busy every time I called. The front desk person then said 'there was nothing he could do' and that something just needed to be 'reset'. But when I asked if he could come to my room to see if he could 'reset it' he said he couldn't do that. Everything else with my stay was great. I've always had great stays there, but was very disappointed that they didn't make much of an effort to try and fix my problem. I'm hoping for future guests, they might do a little more on their end to make sure that the program is fixed.

Room I got was great

Property was nice. The shower floor hadn't been cleaned nor the floor in the kitchenette area. There was hair on the shower floor upon arrival as well as white gunk on the kitchen area floor. Otherwise, everything was great. Good breakfast options, pool was refreshing but not cold. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. There are many options for shopping and food nearby but nothing is really within walking distance. Nice parking lot with easy access and electric chargers available.

Great stay. Bed was not as comfortable as I hoped it would be. Otherwise, would highly recommend this hotel!

The check-in for my wife was a nightmare, and the reservation as booked was not what we ended up with... Hotel itself was OK, but the integration between your booking site and the hotel was atrocious...

Took 15 mins to get Lukewarm water to shower. The shower slide doors would not stay shut i had to wedge a washcloth in the door to keep it from sliding open on it's own. Breakfast was ok. Feel like it was way better at another home2suites I stayed in the past. Walls were thin. I could hear the guy next to me snoring.
