I loved my whole experience !! Staff was outstanding .

Comfortable clean and convenient

Great location, cleans and friendly staff.

There were 5 of us family members travelling through on our way home from a vacation, so we stopped for just 1 night. The hotel is beautiful and offers a little something for everyone - a basketball hoop, pool, outdoor seating area and bar. The room was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have the option of the pull-out couch so we didn't have to get 2 rooms. Our only criticism is that the couch was not comfortable for an adult to sleep on. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was one of the best I have had.

Professional and courteous staff! Exceeded our expectations!

Never stayed at a Residence Inn before and we were impressed. Breakfast was excellent, staff was excellent, room was excellent for the price (and I earned by bonvoy points). Only one suggestion--this hotel did not have an awning at the front door, and we had to load up in the rain. Not fun. Otherwise, nice facility and we will stay here again.

Excellent check in experience. The room exceeded expectations. Gym was well equipped and attention given to small touches such as water, towels helped.

The hotel was amazing. I wish I could remember the front desk lady name she was BEYOND accommodating of the situation with communication. It seems Hotels.com or that Expedia its parent company hires people that do improper data entry. I received several emails from another customer at this hotel. I was able to give the exact room number address. Customer name the hotel. Staff was appalled. How am I supposed to know somebody else’s credentials when I live in an entirely different state. We ended up paying almost $200 for a hotel room that should’ve cost us $95. And I still have to go to battle for my refund with Expedia

Loved everything about the staff and property except the mattress.

Pool was so cold! Definitely would been nice to have heated pool as advertised. Breakfast options were lacking. Hotel was quiet and room was nice size. Bedding was not provided for the pull out sofa, that was bummer. Pillows had no support. Overall was decent.

It was easy to park at. The outdoor area was super clean. The breakfast was solid. The pool was warm but not super hot!
