Game night was texted and should have lasted till 9, rap music went on until 10p.

This place is neat on the outside and everyone was so friendly especially Will the bartender he came and introduced himself to us offered a free drink and was just above and beyond amazing we broke down on our way through and got stuck staying here but it wasnt bad the rooms are pretty basic no microwave, fridge, hair dryer, iron, nothing most have but they have a bar, restaurant and a really nice pool with lots of shaded areas it doesn't feel very kid friendly but i understand not all places are i gave 3 stars bc they over charged me and I'm still trying to fix it they charged me for 2 rooms for 3 nights I got 1 room for 2 nights and i paid for 1 room the 1st night with a separate card but when i got home from my vacation i seen an almost 800$ charge from them and they just tell me to call Expedia my husband is livid!!!!

Great stay, the outside is a little sketchy but overall the stay was good. Nice and clean.

Location!!!!!! Needed a mini fridge and we kept finding bugs. Would come back. The location was exactly what we needed. Pool was great too. Overall solid 3.8 out of 5

We had a first floor room which was great but the shower was clogged, they offered to switch our room and it was now on the third floor and the elevator was out of order so it was kind of a hassle but all in all our stay was good,

Went for the Astros 3 game series, booked two room with kids and instead of getting a 1st floor I was given a 3rd floor room and that wasn’t convenient with 4 kids but other than that the service was good. Only thing is we gave our dirty towels the second day and never received more.

From the outside of the property it looked nice. Here’s the cliff note version- Got back to the hotel after a long business around 1 a.m, dead mosquitos and roaches on the bed, and dirty pillows. Michael at the front desk, who responded with sarcasm and VERY little concern. The second room wasn’t much better, that had hair on the pillow, no deadbolt latch, and the secondary lock didn’t work. I called the front desk twice with no answer and had to go back down. By 1:46 a.m.I had to find another hotel and pay for an Uber. Thankfully, I was able to get a room elsewhere that night.

After I checked in, I went to the room and it didn’t look like anything I saw when I booked. I booked a king suite and it was a regular room with a double bed. I talked to the staff and they told me that they can’t guarantee that the room I booked would match the room I get. I paid for the king suite but it didn’t matter. While we were asleep the smoke alarm kept going off, about once every 45 minutes. It kept waking us up and we did t get a good nights sleep. When I got up in the morning, there was a large roach crawling on the bed. It was disgusting. The hotel is cute but they have a LONG way to go before they get it right. Don’t waste your time.

I can't remember the name of the guy who checked us in around 8:00 on Thursday, but he was great! He was very friendly and helpful and made checking in easy. He pointed out the restaurant, Soluna, and it was seriously good and so convenient. The only thing that I would recommend would be some sort of seating outside of the rooms that face the parking lot. We specifically requested to stay in that area because we had a baby with us and wanted a quiet room. I also wish that our room would have had a microwave and refrigerator, but it wasn't that big of a deal. We will definitely stay there again the next time that we're in Houston!

Rooms were beautiful. Random bugs from outside kept getting in, beetles, small flys, etc. Room was clean, bathroom tub was clogged kind of. 9/10 would definitely stay here again.

Very nice staff and clean property

Property was affordable & not bad. It’s definitely a 3 star hotel . Pool could use some maintenance didn’t get a chance to swim. Water was cloudy when I got there. Food was good! People were cool.
