The front office kindly allowed us to check in early so that my elderly father could have a proper rest after our flight from Jakarta. Unlike many other hotels in Bali that strictly enforce the 3:00 PM check-in time, Renaissance thoughtfully provided us with our room key at 2:00 PM without us even having to request it. We truly appreciated their warm hospitality and consideration.

Room is very clean and spacious. Lots of activities can be done here, especially for kids. Staff is very helpful. I also managed to join tick Zumba at 4 PM on Wednesday afternoon and it was very fun. The activities keep adults and kids pretty busy during the stay.

Very satisfied with 2 days here, it should not be enough..next time will come here again, Renaissance..top..so you can get a room upgrade, just book through the Marriott Bonvoy app, guys..

The facility is the best place for a family trip because of the clean room and pool, peaceful area, kindness, good price, and it's close to Mal Bali Collection.

Really like this hotel. Even recommending to people close to me to stay here once in a while. with a price that is still affordable, entering the room immediately feels worthy plus a fairly varied BF and love the beverage menu,,, Complete facilities various daily activity choices The location in Nusa Dua which is identical to the beach is not in this hotel but they prepare a shuttle every hour to take us to the beach and there they have their own space for us to enjoy the beach. The service is super friendly everyone I really like it plus the experience when my child was sick they had an in-house doctor who was quite agile and very good, very friendly, and the standard of medical equipment was adequate, I like it even more Hopefully everything will be maintained Including PRICE ☺️☺️☺️ I'll be back soon 🥰🥰🥰

Nice cozy modern hotel, staffs are very helpful and accommodate all your needs. The building is quite new, except you need to use an hourly shuttle to reach their beach.

Service was great, the hotel is still new and clean. No beach, but you can take the shuttle to the Nusa Dua beach if you want.

We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Didn't expect too much, since we just wrote the special request through app. They decorated our room with flowers and they gave us a cake with a card. The check-in process was smooth, all the staff that we met in the Public Area was very nice. The facility of this Hotel is perfect. And the room was incredible. Ah, they also have pool kids and kids club, so my daughter was very happy. Breakfast was nice. We would love to be back for another staycation time! Thank you, Renaissance Nusa Dua.

My son got food poisoning at one of the restaurants. And they try to argue to get away from taking the responsibility. Not even saying sorry I have to buy my own medicine etc. Worst of all they call security to kick me out because I raise voice at them. LOL.

There is a millipede caterpillar in the bathroom shower.
