The hotel was an hour+ late in checking us in and the room looked clean but smelled of urine. The hot tub was marked off with caution tape. The internet was not working and check was lengthy and had us write down our credit card numbers on paper despite paying online. The food and drinks at breakfast were mostly out and not replaced. We did find some toast but no water. The grounds and lay out of the hotel were beautiful but the bed was hard. The staff were walking around like this was all normal and a lot of distressed customers were sitting around the lobby waiting.

The WiFi was down and the staff had to endure a couple of bad additudes that I witnessed. They handled it with grace and provided wonderful service despite the conditions!

Not a bad experience. Easy access. I thought it was not up to par on staff members. Had a few friendly employees but most were just depressed lol. Tables outside were never wiped in the three days we stayed.

The hot tub was out of order- main reason I chose to stay here. Other than that, everything was good.

Enjoyed this property - wish the hot tub had been open as that’s why I booked this one over another one. It was all good tho. Enjoyed the room and the property. Felt safe and it was clean. Wished there were also paper cups in the room.

Overall, I was very impressed with the staff. Everyone was nice and helpful. Rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. We were only disappointed by the amenities. Unfortunately, we were not informed the pool wouldn't be available when we booked the hotel. With two teenagers, a pool is a must! The next day we were informed the pool was available but not the hot tub. However, there were so many spiders we couldn't even stand to swim. At one point my husband count 15 spiders just in the pool alone. They hotel would have honestly been perfect it wasn't for the pool issue.

We picked this specific hotel because of the pool and when we get there it’s out of service with no way of knowing we would’ve booked somewhere else. The pool was our entertainment for the weekend so that ruined plans.
