Fantastic stay - kids were fully entertained with their Endless list of activities over Easter break

Staff were very friwndly and helpful, always ready to help and check to know hpw you are doing.

Beautiful hotel, the spa is great and so relaxing, lots of different experiences in there to try. The gym was really well equipped and clean. We ate in the Italian restaurant, the food was incredible and the bar staff make some great Margaritas. What really sets it apart is the attention to detail and the care from the staff who all make you feel very special. Would highly recommend x

From when we arrived to when we left, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. During our stay, there were half term activities for the kids and extra swimming times. We enjoyed the Italian restaurant one evening, but was disappointed the other restaurant was closed. High tea and breakfast in the orchid room was great. Our room was spacious and very comfortable! Will definitely be visiting again.

Kudos to great service from Mark at reception. Room was well appointed, nice bathroom and comfy bed/pillows. Nice grounds and free use of tennis/padel courts. Otherwise, noting this is a 5 star hotel undergoing lots of renovation and to be honest, everything just feels overpriced when you’re there… £42 for an average looking buffet breakfast and £6.50 for tea/coffee being possibly the lowlight.

The venue was amazing. Our suite was outstanding, clean with all the facilities that you could wish for. The staff throughout the hotel were brilliant, helpful, caring and attentive.

Another wonderful stay! Rooms and bathrooms are stunning and ultra clean. I received a complementary upgrade to a king room both times as part of being on platinum level of Expedia, gorgeous and spacious. Staff are warm and very attentive and spa is beautiful! Plenty of dining options too.

Great staff , especially Tony on the door and a fantastic guest relations team headed up by Sharmila. Our second visit and we will certainly be returning very soon .

Great hotel close to Heathrow and Windsor

Hotel in excellent condition with well maintained grounds. Decent sized room and bathroom. Preferred choice of entree not available for dinnner but more expensive option offered at same price. Staff friendly and efficient

“ the great escape” wonderful grounds and views. Many family oriented facilities, new modern up to date rooms. Good dining options, fabulous spa with indoor outdoor pools not to mention bicycles.
