No me volveria a hospedar. Mal trato en el Bar, preguntando todo el tiempo si eramos huespedes y mandarnos a la habitacion. Corrernos de.las areas comunes por que estaban cerradas. Ser seguidos hasta la habitacion por el.personal de seguridad , como si no stuvieramos hospedados. Y faltarnos al.respeto . No se preocupan por.el cliente..mejor busquen otra opcion.

Room very nice in every corner and touch. That is what you pay for. I would love if these places were a bit bigger. Rooms are very small.

Nice hotel but the check-in was terrible I came in early to see if I could get a room before 3 pm I understand the rules, but they gave me false expectations, as I moved into my room at about 3:30

Awesome hotel for work or leisure. The best breakfast buffet in Monterrey.

We had to switch rooms twice due to cleanliness issues. While the hotel and surrounding area were beautiful, our experience with the rooms was disappointing. In the first room, we found a toothpaste cap in the shower, and the area near the toilet was dirty. We requested to be moved to another room, but the second room had an unflushed toilet from a previous guest. I then requested a third room. Despite asking to speak with the manager, we never received a response. For the price you pay per night you should expect the rooms to be inspected before delivering to the customers. Thank you.
