The service is not satisfactory, there is no hot/warm water, towels are not provided, there are no sockets.

This place is not highly recommended, not according to people's reviews. Not really in the room! The socket is not in the room, the tv is there but there is no power outlet for what is there a tv.

Nyaman banget bikin ga mau pulang, cuma air agak kotor sedikit. Insya Allah bulan depan nginep di Burangrang lagi, pelayanannya oke banget.

Dengan harga murah tapi nyaman dan bersih💛. Next bakalan nginap lagi di sini, cuma saran aja semoga tidak ada kejadian seperti kemarin lagi, pihak hotel asal cancel aja pesanan customers di luar jam yang ditentukan. Lebih bijak lagi dalam pengelolaannya. Pelayanannya sangat top! Ini tempat nginep recommend banget buat kalian yang mau kepuncak tapi low budget.🥰🥰

Di Puncak memang sulit mendapatkan yang sesuai ekspetasi dengan budget minim, untuk harga segini menurut saya sudah cukup recommended. Dengan tv ada kamar mandi bersih shower hidup walau tidak ada ac cukup dingin lah. Cuma bila mengikuti map akan nyasar.

Pelayanannya baik hanya saja ketika malam penerangan di villa agak gelap karena sebagian lampu ada yang mati, tapi nyaman buat stay di sana 👍👍 cuma saran lokasinya di google maps agak ngeselin di ajak muter-muter 🤣😂 buat pengalaman seru juga 😂😂😂.
