It was indeed a great stay at Tentrem, spacious, clean rooms, complete facilities, large swimming pool, varied breakfast and abundant food.

Very professional, efficient, and coordinated Japanese & Taiwanese style service, with genuine Indonesian hospitality. The hotel facilities are good, clean, fresh scent, and comfortable. Good location, in the city center. Breakfast does not need to be reviewed again, breakfast at Tentrem already has its own "soul". But what was very, very VERY impressive for me & my family was the hotel staff. It's a bit difficult for me to describe in words, but my family and I could feel a different level of professionalism and hospitality. All the staff, EVERYONE I met and interacted with (security, reception, restaurant, housekeeping, gym) were ALL friendly, agile, efficient, helpful, well-organized, and very professional. Among other things: Even though the hotel was full house, the service while waiting for breakfast and waiting for the driver was very fast, neat, efficient. Truly professionalism and hospitality that reached the heart.

From the moment we arrived at Hotel Tentrem Semarang, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff with welcoming smiles right at the lobby. The lobby’s design is unique, and the distinct herbal aroma immediately filled the air as we walked in. We were offered a traditional herbal drink (jamu), which our family happened to really enjoy. The room was well soundproofed, and the smart window in the bathroom area was a nice touch. The swimming pool was truly impressive! Breakfast was exceptional — the hotel even features several well-known local food tenants, allowing us to savor some legendary Semarang dishes without having to leave the hotel. If we ever visit Semarang again, we will definitely stay here once more!
