I stayed one night on December 31, 2025, to celebrate New Year 2026. I came over 7 PM and was assisted by FO, namely Feny, she was very helpful. The hotel has spacious rooms, delicious food, and excellent service.

Friendly staff. Breakfast is varied and delicious. Easy access. Hotel amenities are also complete.

had good time here. but the room a Lil bit noisy, I can hear what room next to me did. oh and Meals are so good. oh and some time really late at night or early morning there's no standby staff.

The hotel is really nice! Clean, friendly service, but unfortunately the room has a lot of mosquitoes 🥲 My child slept crying because of mosquito bites, in the morning his face and body were covered in mosquito bites.. one more thing.. the blanket is really noisy wkwkw the fabric is like plastic making noises 😅😅

The hotel is strategically located, the rooms are spacious, the bathroom is also clean, the staff are all friendly and very helpful, starting from the front office (especially Ms. Femmy) and also the other staff are very informative. Housekeeping (especially Mr. Agus Chandra) thank you for the little gifts every time they clean the room, our family is happy. and surprisingly there is an ICE BATH !! very suitable for runners or sports lovers to speed up recovery! overall 10 ⭐ for this hotel 👍👍😍

My experience staying at this hotel was excellent. The hotel is nice, has clean & cozy rooms with modern design, close to shopping and the beach. And most importantly, they have very kind and friendly hotel staff. I really appreciate your hotel manager, Mona. Thank you also to Mr. Wawan for helping resolve an issue with a restaurant in Bali. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I ever vacation in Bali. ❤️

Strategic location near downtown and Kuta Beach. I was quite satisfied with the sunset view, although it was difficult due to the unpredictable weather. I would like to share some feedback about the breakfast. The main menu was the same for three days, which made my wife and I bored of it.
