The room is good but the facilities are bad. No kettle, no hair dryer.

Not ready to go international yet. The room facilities are not ready, such as a coffee maker. I am very sorry for making the wrong decision. The room rate is expensive.

Easy parking lot, lift available. The staff are quick. To help, and the room is very clean.

Awful customer service by waking us up in order to make another passport copy at 9am. Price increased suddenly after first night and no English language spoken.
