I found the staff to be enthusiastic, and considering the price, I couldn't ask for more. The hotel is near Hon Chong, and the surrounding area is quiet and not as crowded as the city center.

The hotel is cheap but the quality is beyond my expectations, the room space is clean, beautifully decorated, with all necessary amenities. The support staff is very enthusiastic and cute. The only problem is that the room soundproofing is not good but it is still acceptable. Highly recommend for anyone who comes to NT for tourism and wants to find a hotel 👌

Room not as pictured, asked receptionist and was told the room picture has not been updated, entered room like standard class, bed sheet has stains, wall has many shoe marks, asked to change to another room but no room, changed to higher class and had to pay extra

10 points for the hotel. Small, cute room, enough for a family. Clean, cool. Enthusiastic and friendly staff. The hotel is near the beach, about 5 minutes walk to the beach. The alley is a bit small, only 4-5 seats can fit, but 7 seats or more should be considered. Will book again next time because I am so satisfied.

A worst experience ever. I don't work in a hotel nor do I want to destroy anyone. But from the staff's behavior to the response of each department. Hope every customer has a wise choice for the KSAN they choose when traveling. I have been fortunate enough to have been to many places and experienced many services, but I have never seen a hotel with such bad communication with customers. I was scared because I arrived late from Saigon to NT. So I booked the whole day on Friday (I only departed from Saigon to NT at 5:00 p.m., the bus arrived around 2:30-3:00 a.m.), so I went to the hotel to check in. Sorry, but if I pay on Friday through Saturday, I can come anytime. Why do you say you're late for check-in??? Furthermore, your side is wrong before the side you added but it is not correct with the first commit. => Then you curse at customers. Not only that, your staff still curses at customers. I sent an email to remind you, but you took action saying KH wanted to destroy the hotel. Sorry, we are tourists, we travel, we are not competitors who want to sabotage you. Hope everyone thinks wisely when booking this hotel. Thank
