A worst experience ever. I don't work in a hotel nor do I want to destroy anyone. But from the staff's behavior to the response of each department. Hope every customer has a wise choice for the KSAN they choose when traveling. I have been fortunate enough to have been to many places and experienced many services, but I have never seen a hotel with such bad communication with customers. I was scared because I arrived late from Saigon to NT. So I booked the whole day on Friday (I only departed from Saigon to NT at 5:00 p.m., the bus arrived around 2:30-3:00 a.m.), so I went to the hotel to check in. Sorry, but if I pay on Friday through Saturday, I can come anytime. Why do you say you're late for check-in??? Furthermore, your side is wrong before the side you added but it is not correct with the first commit. => Then you curse at customers. Not only that, your staff still curses at customers. I sent an email to remind you, but you took action saying KH wanted to destroy the hotel. Sorry, we are tourists, we travel, we are not competitors who want to sabotage you. Hope everyone thinks wisely when booking this hotel. Thank
