I just wanted to check in and had to wait until 18.00 oh my, never again here, don't book it

The room is so dirty, there is a stain on the bedroom, also the bathroom was so dirty.

the room was dirty, the bathroom was even dirtier, no toiletries were provided even though the facilities stated toiletries, the towels smelled musty, the sink area was also very dirty, the glasses when they were about to be used smelled really bad of alcoholic drinks, lots of small cockroaches.

The agent is not communicative, in the apps room is available, but when we check in they said FULL, the agent asks for a refund from the apps, but the agent does not respond further. The chat via WhatsApp is not complete, the refund does not happen at the end. CONFIRM FIRST BEFORE YOU PAY

But the soap is out. There is no water. The toilet is broken.

Do not sell if the room is not available. If only waste customer time to wait until 19:00.

The room is dirty, The air conditioner is not working well, some water falling down to the floor.

Please note, the room is not well maintained/clean. At night at 1 am many small cockroaches come out of the cupboard. Makes it difficult to sleep well afterwards.

Baru kali ini menginap lewat app tapi kamarnya sangat jorok, seprei bau keringet, ada puntung rokok dan abu rokok di meja, kecoa ada di kulkas, cukup 1x aja menginap di sini, harganya seperti hotel bintang 3 tapi kualitas hotel melati

Sudah payment, mau check in jam 16:52 sudah tiba di lokasi diminta check in jam 20:20 dan tidak ada info di aplikasi atau platform bahwa yang check in baru bisa jam 20:20 dengan alsan sedang rame dan full, kalo begitu harusnya di tutup aja order di aplikasi

The admin is very difficult to contact so that when checking in & checking out it is very disturbed and detrimental (time is taken). Especially when checking out, I had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours because the admin didn't reply to chats or answer the phone. And what was disappointing was the admin's very unfriendly attitude and he was even more aggressive even though he was in the wrong position because he admitted he had fallen asleep.

I got a room on the 31st floor. When I arrived the refrigerator was dirty and there were leftovers, the pile of garbage had not been cleaned and the electricity had dropped more than 3x. The owner's response was too long at check out. My advice is that in the future it can be better, yes and when the customer wants to check out before 12, they can respond quickly so that the customer doesn't have to wait long to hand over the keys.

The agent didn't come to complete the deal, I think I was deceived, must be careful next time to rent an apartment online.

Weird service wants to check in waiting up to 2 hours. The original photo does not match. Where is the dirty smell of the room again. Wanting a refund can't be weird.

Come at 8. Wait for the person to come, come in at 8.30 pm, rush out immediately. Crazy. You can see from the photo. It's all kitchen utensils, stoves, plates, etc. are still wet. It's like it was just cleaned in a hurry when people lived. Untidy. Dirty floor, lots of hair on the floor. The bathroom is also very dirty. Don't really recommend it. Only 10 minutes in the room, seeing the condition of the room was incredibly dirty, didn't sleep there. Honestly, not even worth sleeping on. 1. Used bed linen, there are stains like that (see photo) 2. The air conditioner in the room is hot, there is no wind. It's not cold. 3. The bathroom is dirty. 4. The floor has a lot of hair, it's not clean. Dirty. Even the bathroom is the same. 5. In the wardrobe there are used plastics, and there are used clothes, I don't know who owns it. 6. All items are washed in a hurry. 7. Dust, never cleaned. Just once is enough. Kapok.

The hour is now 19.31, October 31, 2021. I haven't felt checked in at that place because of a misscom from the developer.
