The location is hidden in the middle of a housing complex, from check in at 2 pm until night the sound of music does not stop making it impossible to rest, the room walls are dirty and sprayed and the pillowcases look like they haven't been changed and smell a little.

Got a room that had been empty for 2 weeks (they said). Had to ask for it to be cleaned again (the reason being there was only one CS person). Towels were also asked for before being given. The gallon of water was no longer drinkable (doubtful if it was replaced for 2 weeks). It should have been cleaned and given before the client moved in without being asked. There was also a parrot. It was quite annoying, sometimes screaming at night during bedtime. It would have been better to just preserve it as a display.
