THE BEST! everything is precise! even though the room is on the roadside and in the hotel garage, but it is still comfortable. wow-wah look at the room. the perfectionist who owns this hotel seems. because everything is calculated in great detail. the location of the trash can. the location of the power outlet. the choice of light sockets. shower options. triple lock. aesthetic wall. hairdryer provided. amenities are self-pickup in the lobby. so you can take what you need. there is no closet. but there are lots of hangers + there is a special bag place. don't forget the aesthetic rooftop elevator which is really beautiful! YOU DID GREAT!

The room is quite pleasant and clean with a bed in the upper room and a bathroom in the lower room, it is not very friendly for the elderly and children because they have to go up and down the stairs, but it is certainly worth the price, I hope they continue to maintain the cleanliness, thank you.

nice and clean. even though you get a room near the highway, the sound barrier still works. There is a hotel netflix account. but it would be better if the bathroom light was not an automatic system, because it often turns off when you are "morning meditation"

The hotel is in the city center, so it's easy and close to everywhere. The room was clean, smelled great, and was comfortable. It's probably not recommended for seniors and small children, as it's a mezzanine floor. There's a cafe and a rooftop. I wanted to take photos on the beautiful rooftop, but I had to wait 30 minutes to get a seat at a table that offered a view of the mountain, but the people didn't move, so I ended up not getting any photos 😅

The service I received during my stay here was prompt. The hotel staff was informative and very helpful with my needs during my stay in Garut. The room was comfortable, just the right size for a solo traveler, and clean. Even though it's in the city center, it wasn't too noisy during busy times.

I was really satisfied staying here, it's close to Garut Station, it's also close to everywhere I want to go, next time I go to Garut I'll definitely stay here.

Great stay at New Golden Clouds. The online check-in process was seamless and saved me a lot of time. The room was clean and spacious. Its location is very convenient, being close to the Garut train station, making it an ideal choice for travelers. Professional staff and a very quiet, relaxing atmosphere.
