The bedroom is full of cockroaches and mosquitoes. I keep killing them but they never end. I have to turn on the light to sleep so the cockroaches don't run out.

Good to have a good internet network and access to cable TV , ie YouTube rather than local TV channels. 😊

As a person who often travels for work and leisure, I highly appreciate Sogo Hotel for the following reasons (you can refer to it): The hotel receptionist is very enthusiastic, takes care of guests attentively and always supports to resolve guests' requests WITH JOY!!! (I arrived 6 hours early and checked out 1 hour late, the female receptionist - I think the hotel only has 2 receptionists - was very enthusiastic in supporting. Not to mention I booked an extra night because I had to stay overnight. She also helped me change rooms very thoughtfully. Because the room I was staying in was already booked by the next guest. However, she helped me move the room from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor so that I could move my luggage more easily. I was very satisfied with the receptionist's thoughtfulness even though she did not proactively tell the guest that she moved the room from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor because of that. The receptionist on the evening shift was also very okay, helpfull and very respectful of the guest) In terms of personality, I rate 10 points! The hotel room is also very clean (I noticed the housekeeping lady cleaning the other rooms, she cleaned very neatly. Not to mention she is also very enthusiastic and friendly!), the room space is airy and the air conditioner is very cool, even though the hotel has been in operation for quite a long time, I am satisfied with the way the hotel is maintained and taken care of to bring a good experience to guests. Besides, although this hotel is located in the central area of District 1, the space is very quiet and not noisy, the soundproofing between rooms is also very good.
