Pelayanan buruk, toh bayar via aplikasi kenapa harus di pertanyakan cash aja dan lain-lain, kamarnya juga kotor cuma di ganti sprei saja. Pakai segala bilang lebih murah jadi kasih kamar yang kecil, tidak sesuai ekspetasi.
