I recently visited this resort during the Hung Kings' Commemoration Day. The scenery is beautiful, the rooms are nice and clean, and the food at the resort's restaurant is especially delicious and reasonably priced. However, there are two things I'm really not satisfied with: 1. An objective factor: The road at the main entrance of the resort has been under repair for many years and is still not finished, making it extremely inconvenient to book transportation. We have to go around from the side entrance at the back of the resort, which is both further and harder to find a ride. 2. A subjective factor: The number of electric shuttle buses within the resort is insufficient, or perhaps the schedule is poorly planned, but we almost always have to wait quite a long time, even standing in the sun to wait for a bus because if we waited in the waiting room, no bus would ever stop to pick us up. My family wasted a lot of time waiting for the shuttle bus. If the resort studies and addresses these issues in the future, I will return; otherwise, it will be difficult to attract me back next time.

This is my second time here. I rented a pool room because I had a small child, and it's great for families with young children and elderly parents. The space is cool and comfortable, and they have a shuttle service available whenever needed. I will definitely visit this place again because I haven't explored the whole area yet.

The staff were incredibly enthusiastic and friendly, and there were plenty of photo-worthy spots everywhere. The separate rooms offered a delightful sense of privacy. I'll definitely be back for another experience because it was amazing 🫶

The food at the night market was spoiled; the shrimp was mushy, the fish smelled fishy, the sour noodles were rancid. After reporting it to the staff, they brought back the exact same thing... I felt disappointed with the resort.

I had a very comfortable and convenient long vacation here with my family. I hope to have the opportunity to return soon. However, the children's boat area in the pool needs more frequent cleaning; the foam has many peeling spots, algae growth, is slippery, and not hygienic for children.

The food selection isn't as diverse as at other 5-star resorts.

Many of my friends have been to this place, so they recommended it to me. The rooms are clean and there are plenty of amenities for the family to enjoy, so we don't need to go anywhere else.

My family had a great experience and we'll definitely come back and recommend it to our friends.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this resort. I booked two rooms well in advance—one with a king bed and one with twin beds—specifically because we were traveling as a family with two children. However, upon check-in, we were assigned rooms in two completely separate villas. This arrangement was highly inconvenient, especially since the twin room was for our children, meaning they had to stay away from us. When I raised the issue with the staff, I was told that I should have called the resort directly to confirm the room locations at the time of booking. This response was unacceptable. I made the reservation several days in advance—not as a last-minute walk-in—and there was no indication during booking that I needed to separately request that the rooms be located near each other. As a result, our two-day vacation was spent dealing with unnecessary inconvenience instead of relaxing and enjoying our family time. For a resort of this standard, I expected better coordination and more proactive customer service, especially for a family booking. Very frustrating experience.

The atmosphere is quiet and beautiful, the staff are friendly, but the food isn't very good.

The right choice. I will visit again and stay in other room categories.

Nice experience, my child really loves La Ola boat. The whole resort is calm, too big to wander around. The room is ok, compact and clean. Breakfast is good.

A great experience at Centara Mirage Resort Mui Ne

The accommodation was okay, comfortable, the staff were enthusiastic and friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxing for families. However, the food was quite bad. We paid over 500,000 VND per person for the dinner buffet, but the food was meager, it was windy, the grilled dishes weren't cooked quickly enough for guests, and the sashimi wasn't fresh... If we return, we will only use the room service.

The first impression was good so I came back for the second time. This second time was very disappointing: - lost items but the hotel did not have a clear answer, even though the lost items were in the premises with cameras. - the cleaning in the room was not clean, there was trash under the bed-closet; hair, dust & sand on the floor were rough & dirty feet were clearly visible. The small towels were old. The outdoor table area on the porch was not cleaned properly, the tables and chairs were dirty. - the breakfast buffet only had a step counter, while the food counters were very sketchy, mainly industrial foods (sausages, bacon, pate...), starchy dishes, green vegetables, boiled/fried eggs (omelette). The remaining dishes cooked from fresh meat/fish/seafood were either non-existent or very limited (only beef/chicken pho) and the taste was not very good. In general, a simple breakfast (vegetables-eggs-bread/rice/porridge) is enough, but not worthy of a resort. - plus points for the landscape & pool as well as the service attitude of the staff.

Very professional.receptionist is perfect and the transport is fast and free.

Check in took a long time, calling for a car took a long time, upgrading the room took more than an hour, the car came to pick me up but the new room was not cleaned yet, wasting the guests' time, for a vacation experience it was terrible. The resort should have better amenities and services than this. It was really boring to travel, need to go out to play but wait for an hour without seeing the car come to pick me up, walking was quite difficult because it was far and steep. The first time choosing this place was a bit expensive.
