The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The swimming pool area was spacious, comfortable, and clean. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Thank you!

I've actually been here many times. But the deposit process is getting stricter and more complicated. It used to be 200,000 rupiah, now it's 500,000 rupiah. For some groups, the deposit is quite large. And if the deposit is not cash or debit, the staff informs them that the refund is 7 days. For some groups, 500,000 rupiah is quite large and they might need it quickly. It's a shame. I stayed here because of the deposit. Even the luxury hotel Resinda doesn't have a deposit at all. I moved to Nuanza from Resinda, so I don't want to go back to Nuanza.

The hotel lobby smells really good. I'm satisfied with the staff's service. The room is clean, smells good, and has a beautiful view. The breakfast is also delicious. I want to come back again if I have time.

The staff is friendly, the room is clean and spacious. Access to the room is very secure, and the breakfast has many choices and is delicious. I want to come here again with the kids. 😊 This is a recommended hotel that is close to where I live.

While waiting in line behind a group of people at the check-in counter, an Indonesian person cut in front of me and checked in before me. There are some receptionists with low morals.

The best hotel in Cikarang, comfortable, delicious breakfast, perfect for a vacation with kids and family, but I think the deposit is too high, especially for me, who always book more than one room because I bring a large family. But overall, it's okay. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Stayed for 2 nights, finally decided to check out because the room was hot, and the kids were hot because the AC wouldn't cool down. Room service for breakfast was unavailable. The restaurant staff were unfriendly.
