Great view, friendly staff, clean hotel, I rented 2 connecting rooms, but 1 room smelled like someone was smoking, the toilet of the single bed room smelled of cigarettes

Great view, comfortable space, enthusiastic support staff. There is a separate smoking area that does not affect anyone. There is a robot to help transport luggage.

The staff is cheerful, friendly, enthusiastic in serving, even the security guards are cute.

- Booked a room on traveloka, contacted the hotel and was told that I could not choose a room, I was assigned to the next to last room on the 16th floor. - The room is nice during the day, the hotel has a lot of staff, good service (I only praise the bellman and securities, but most of the receptionists' attitudes are still not good). - Pay attention to the room temperature at night because the glass will be foggy, you can't see anything outside. The bathroom is also super small, not enough amenities (oh, no cotton pads, the dryer is very weak). - And the next morning I saw small cockroaches in the bathroom 😄 first time seeing them in a 4-star hotel so I was a bit surprised. - At noon when it was time to check out, the elevator was stuck :))) waiting for a long time for the elevator, but when there were elevators, most of them were full 🥲

Came here for the second time but some things have deteriorated (the glass surrounding the pool is very dirty as if it has never been cleaned, making it impossible for guests to see the beautiful view of the sea through the glass, the pool water looks clear but is actually very dirty when I look through my glasses while swimming in the pool, the food is okay, nothing special even though it is a beach resort but there is nothing but small prawns stir-fried with noodles). Even so, I am quite satisfied with the attentive service of all the staff here. I hope the manager pays attention to details so that the customer experience is worthy of the hotel price.

The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic.

If the hotel's wifi hadn't been broken that day, it would have been a perfect vacation. As for breakfast, the hotel didn't anticipate the large number of guests. This is the first time I've seen a table reserved for breakfast. The hotel should review its customer service.
