Cheap and strategic hotel, close to Jakarta city attractions, don't increase the price... Hehe

The atmosphere is ok, child-friendly, friendly staff. Minus the breakfast is bland, please improve the taste of the food. No toothbrush amenities, maybe the one forgot to refill it. Please fix the floor around the swimming pool, the black floor is very dangerous because it is slippery when it comes into contact with water. My child and I have slipped and just now another child fell while walking on the floor. Please pay more attention to the choice of ceramics around the area exposed to water!! Stayed here twice because the child wanted to see the train passing by & swim. Hopefully when he comes back to stay here it will be better 🙏

The staff were friendly and very helpful when we wanted to leave our luggage, even though we couldn't check in early, being able to leave our luggage was very helpful, the room was comfortable and clean but the refrigerator was difficult to open but it was immediately fixed, the telephone didn't work so it was difficult to call hotel service, luckily there was an active WA number.

Want to stay at Asyana Hotel again

The staff was not cleaning the room, and the toilet was not clean. They will clean only when we request it.

The room is decent, the facilities are okay except for the TV which won't turn on. It's not a problem because you don't really need it.

I have stayed at Asyana Kemayoran several times. The location is strategic, the service is friendly, the facilities are complete, there is a swimming pool, the breakfast is also delicious with lots of choices, the price is pocket-friendly, keep up the good work, Asyana.
