Nhận phòng thì nhân viên bảo khách sạn đang sửa chữa, đề nghị đưa qua 1 khách sạn bên cạnh phòng rất nhỏ. Đến khi yêu cầu trả lại tiền thì mãi sau lại được thông báo là có phòng rồi. Chất lượng dịch vụ đáng thất vọng và cảm giác bị lừa. Tuy nhiên, phòng rộng rãi, ngay trung tâm, đi lại thuận lợi

Khách sạn rất là lươn lẹo, làm ăn không trung thực. Đến checkin thì nhân viên báo là phòng mình đặt vừa hỏng điều hoà mà không hiện số điện thoại của mình nên không gọi thông báo được??? Nên chuyển sang cơ sở 2 ở Hà Trung. Phòng rất xấu và bé, không xứng đáng với giá tiền. Hỏi nhân viên khách sạn ở Hà Trung có phải là cơ sở 2 của Hanoi center silk không thì nhân viên bảo không???

Nói chung mọi thứ ok trừ wifi lầu cao hơi yếu, tối không có mạng làm việc :)

When I called to inquire about my reservation for 2 rooms and cancellation of 1 room, the receptionist was not very helpful. After receiving the information, the night shift receptionist promised to tell the management and get back to me the following morning, but no one did. Due to using public transportation, I got to the hotel pretty early and paid the early check-in cost. Bell and HK are adorable in addition to the receptionists' lack of professionalism. Since the hotel's ownership just changed, I ask that you make more improvements to the amenities.

The room is small but beautiful and clean, the staff is enthusiastic. The hotel is located in the center, very bustling and easy to travel

The room is not like the picture, the furniture and blankets are old and have a musty smell. The hotel is under renovation so the lobby is narrow and not clean

I booked Hanoi silk hotel until 90 minutes, when I was about to board the plane, the hotel said there was a problem with the room, moved me to Hanoi silk hotel branch 2 ... heard branch 2 thought that the same room system would be similar. either way or it will be cleaner... oh no wonder the place is surprised When I heard the noise in front of the door like a market, my family quickly packed up and got out of there as soon as possible… probably wouldn't dare to come back.

Clean space, enthusiastic service staff.

Phòng cũ sàn còn ọp ẹp, nhân viên không dọn phòng, kính phòng tắm dơ . Mới vừa bước chân vào khách sạn, chưa được nhận phòng đã bị yêu cầu thanh toán tiền phòng, sau đó nhân viên còn nhắc lại việc thanh toán khi khách còn chưa check out.

The room is small but quite comfortable. Quiet and located well. Due to covid-19, some services couldn't be offer (restaurant, the room 's complimentary.). The staffs are friendly and always willing to help. It will be great if the Hotel replace some old facilities and remove the smell at the corridor.

Room in the center. Cheap. Cute staff. Sound insulation is not good.

The room does not look like the picture, booked in advance and called the reception to confirm the reservation, but when I came to check in, there was no information, had to wait to check and take me to see the room. The room is very secretive, small, stuffy and has a bad smell, the TV can't be watched, called the staff several times but no one came to fix it. Bored to say! Never come back to this hotel again

Mình đặt hộ bạn mình, đã thanh toán tiền qua app rồi nhưng khi đến kháchsạn lại bảo không tìm thấy booking và yêu cầu thanh toán tiền tại chỗ. Mình phản hồi với bạn sale nữ thì thái độ bảo:"thì trả lại chứ giờ muốn như thế nào nữa". Thật sự thất vọng về thái độ cũng như cách xử lí của nhân viên khách sạn.

Beautiful room, unique decor, the most comfortable and comfortable big bed! It takes 2 minutes to walk from the hotel to Hoan Kiem lake! Especially, the room is very soundproof, the hotel is located on Ta Hien beer street but the room is very quiet! I will recommend it to a friend, thank you hotel!
