AC not working, had to pay extra fee when checking in, room not clean, TV broken, bed uncomfortable, no cleaning cloth.

I've paid on the application but I'm still asked to pay on the spot, the place is dirty, the AC isn't cold, the tube TV doesn't work either, the bed is uncomfortable, smells musty and it doesn't match the photo

Why is there no one there to take care of it, so it's horrible to stay there

The dirty towels looked like mops, the sheets were not changed, the price of 130 was too expensive with conditions like that, aqua water was not available.

The room was dark, the mattress was worn out and the springs were really hard, the AC didn't work at all, quite disappointing.

Pintu kamar tidak bisa dikunci dari luar. TV tidak nyala & tidak dapat siaran.

The AC doesn't work, the toilet is clogged and can't be used.

The receptionist was very unfriendly, the room smelled musty, dark, dirty, the mattress was bad, the AC didn't turn on, only a broken fan was given, I didn't stay overnight, highly not recommended.

Try checking the AC, because it's not cold at all. Borrowing a fan doesn't work either.

Bad service, reception guards are not friendly at all, room conditions are not good.

Room terlalu dekil dan bau asap rokok, penerangan dan kebersihan yang minim. Toilet parah. Mending cari hotel lain.

According to the price, but not bad. Strategic location. Not bad for staying overnight waiting for the morning plane. Suggestions maybe please provide a foot mat for the bathroom.

The rooms are quite comfortable, the water is clean and fresh. It's quite comfortable to spend the night here, although there are minuses but it's still okay 👍.
