The location in the old quarter is convenient for walking to Hoan Kiem Lake, surrounded by many restaurants and cafes with reasonable prices, the receptionists and waiters are very cheerful, enthusiastic, polite, always smiling with customers, the family room is spacious as advertised, the breakfast does not have too many dishes but is complete, the pho is delicious, in general I rate the hotel 10/10, if I have the opportunity to return to Hanoi I will return to this hotel.

We went on vacation with family, the hotel location is right in the old town. Convenient transportation. The family room is very spacious. But the deluxe double room is a bit small. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic.

I had a very bad experience here. That night was the show of Blackpink. When I and my family came at the hotel around 9am. I have booked a family suite room with 2 beds but what I came the room was like a old motel. The receptionist said that (I) online agent was tried to obtain the ID of the hotel and loaded for sale of their room without their permission (???) then I must book room directly to them for their arrangement, (ii) my booked room was hot due to the broken air conditioner and they tried to contacted me for another arrangement but could not contact to me (it is a unreasonable and unacceptable explanation and I was not contacted by the hotel before I came). The room I received was very dirty and eventually the door was broken. Very disappointed. I guessed that they may have more opportunities to rent the room given the high demand for the show of Blackpink in Hanoi that time.

The staff is very friendly, the hotel is in a strategic place. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Very recommended with cheap price.
