From the room you can see the view of Lake Batur and the hill is very beautiful, the service is satisfying.

Tempat sejuk, nyaman dan tenang. Tapi AC bocor di kamar superior.

The view of Lake Batur, Gunung Abang, Trunyan Village and other villages is clearly visible from the balcony of the room.

The location and service are great for trekking to Mount Batur and enjoy hot spring, but the room is not worth the price for me. There are some bugs found in the bed. The tea already taken out from the package. The fan is not provided by default, we have to ask the staff and the fan is small and completely dusty. You can hear footsteps of the top room from the ceiling and the bedroom lamp is not sufficient. The water heater is not working, super bad.

Sorry, bad review from me. I ordered a superior king room with lake view. In the picture of the room there is a TV and the window is letter L. But I got a room behind it, it looks like the lake but the room in front of it I think is blocked, I think my room should be the one in front of me. Just like the photo in the app. But what I got was like a standard, standard room with a much different price.

The view and surroundings nature are superb. The room was okay although there's a sticky smells on the pillowcases and some spot on the room was lil bit dirty. Waterheater runs great, the staffs are very helpful and nice. Note: please change the property signage, it's not proper and very hard to seen especially at night

The view from the large bedroom window was amazing. We could see the mountain upclose, especially during clear skies. Breakfast's not bad, the standard nasi goreng and mie goreng. The room was clean, but the condition of the bedsheets and towels can be improve. Staffs were very friendly and helpful, and a resident pomeranian, Boci, came outside a few times.

The route to get here is quite extreme. But when it arrives, the view is very good. The room I stayed in did not have a TV (the room in the middle of the front), maybe the concept was back to nature (enjoying lakes, hills and ponds). The input for the hotel, the restaurant menu is expanded with snacks and the cleanliness is improved.

It was very difficult to find the exact location of this hotel (maps stop on main road). I had to turn back 3x and ask arround to find the hotel. Should check in during daylight so you can find the small alley leading to the hotel. The room is quite clean, some bugs coming in (acceptable), scenery was extraordinary during daylight! Cannot have extra bed. Staff were very friendly & responsive.

It was a very excellent stay at Volcano Terrace. Amazing room, amazing view, amazing ambience, very helpful staff, good food. Everything was just perfect!

Arrived at the hotel around 10 pm because the plane was delayed, but was still served by friendly staff. The conditions at night are very dark because this inn has many outdoor areas. The view is very very good, in the morning it looks fog, lake, and mountains. The weather tends to be cold. The later the day the more flies because the Kintamani area has many plantations. The service is very good, but it can be improved again from the completeness of the hotel facilities. For example, because the area has a lot of flies, it is better to find a solution so that the flies are reduced. The cleanliness of the rooms and toilets can still be improved. The taste of hotel food is standard, isn't it very good, but it's not said to be good, it's just standard. The menu choices are varied and the portion is very sufficient for breakfast, it can be delivered to the room too. Thank you for the stay experience.

The view is good. The rooms are also quite comfortable. Total ad order 3 rooms. 2 dirty rooms. 1 dirty room, lots of flies. Even though the Kintamani area has lots of flies. We should find a way so that when the customer arrives there are no flies. San looks for a way to manage not many flies. Book an expensive room. 2 2 there is no tv. Order 1 which is cheaper, there's even a TV

The cleanliness of the room is lacking, the bed cover has blood stains that look like it hasn't been washed first, how do you know when you wake up you just see it, there are no toiletries such as toothpaste & toothbrush, coffee cups are not provided, room slippers are also not available. For this price, the facilities are a bit lacking, but the view is really ok.
